Everything was really great with the apartment. We got all the relevant information before our trip, so everything was smooth. The layout with the multiple stories is pretty unique. The apartment was equipped really well, and it was very easy to get around the city thanks to its central location.

The host waited for us at the airport and showed the apartment, gave information on best places with info of precise locations for meals, the logistics how to get to Troggir or SPLIT. We tried many good places, but the most stars would get the same place, Nikša(the hosts) provided the breakfast at! The appartment/studio has all the necessary appliances: very convenient-you can cook(coffee mashine, kettle, dishwasher, mixer etc) , take care of your clothes(washing mashine, iron and the table for it). On every step there was this amazing feeling-wow-they even have this available for guests. There is a complete trust! The space is not wide(at least in our studio, but really-how much time does one person spend in a room?! The appliances are of good quality and all the necessary basic hygiene stuff are available. The breakfast-very nice (but not a buffet), we loved the salmon-avocado TOAST. Nikša is amazing host, could ask him many different questions and tooook really good care of us. The place is in between from the Airport and SPLIT. With the 38 bus some 40 minutes to SPLIT. I loved it, because it seemed much quitter and cleaner than SPLIT.

Es war wundeerschön, die Nähe zum Hafen und Ortskern. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit war okay. Wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft. Preis 4€/Tag war auch okay.

Extremely clean, comfortable, and everything was literally new. The building is beachfront, and there is also place on the beach (with umbrellas and stuff) that is provided for guests with no extra charge. The owner is very responsible, he was available to provide any kind of needed information before the arrival, and the whole staff were at our service during our stay, always smiling and offering help with no hesitation.

From the moment I arrived in the property I felt like I was in paradise and kept pinching myself throughout the entire stay. Maria was very communicative before my arrival, helping to provide transportation information and directions. They allowed me to arrive early with access to my private beach space and even bought groceries for me since I did not have a car. SO friendly and attentive!!! The private tent and all public spaces were beyond beautiful. Fully equipped outdoor kitchen, paddle boards at the beach and very reliable wifi. Cannot recommend enough!!

Das Floating Sea Houses MARINA LUX in Marina Portorož bietet eine Dachterrasse mit einem eigenen Whirlpool und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Liegestühlen. It was a really special experience to stay on the sea for a few days. Very well equipped, practically furnished accommodation. Special and good location, the rooftop was amazing, and there was access to a beach as well (only few steps from the door). Eva was really kind and helpful. And there was a beautiful sunset in front of the floating house on the beach.
