We loved the high ceilings. The mattress was divine. A Carrefour shop was 3 minutes away. It was open 24/7. There are so many bars and restaurants around. La Reina Sofia museum was near. As was the lovely Retiro park; a must for a morning jog!

The location was not very close to the center, but still it is a 30-35 minutes walk to Retiro park. However, even if you don't prefer walking, there is a metro station right outside the building. And also there is a 24h supermarket across the street. Easy to check in and access the building. Kitchen had all equipment needed.
